Submission Guidelines: News Briefs must be submitted before the first of each month to schamber@stocktonchamber.org. Please put “PORT O CALL” in the subject line. Submissions must be no longer than 50 words total and should include contact information. News Briefs will be included on a space available basis and may be edited for content.

In many Liaison Surveys, Chamber members often state that this section is among their favorites. With so much attention, New Member announcements provide a great free publicity boost to companies who are new to the Chamber.
There’s strength in our numbers! To be effective, we must represent a large percentage of the business community. Therefore, the Chamber maintains an active and effective recruitment program for the good of all its members. Because our recruitment activities are important to every Chamber member, the Port O Call reports about recruitment efforts in every issue in the Membership section.
