Who Administers The Zone?

The Recycling Market Development Zone is administered by the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce. The Zone Administrator acts as a pivotal link between the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) and recycling based businesses. The Zone Administrator is like a "local sales office" for the program.

Many other organizations play key roles in The Zone. These include the California Integrated Waste Management Board's Business Assistance Staff, the Technical Assistance Division and the Loan Division.
